The church of Christ is not a denomination. The Bible calls it “the body of Christ”, “the kingdom of God”, “the kingdom of His dear Son”.

The Church of Christ is, as the “body of Christ”, striving to be obedient to the pattern laid down in the scriptures. Christ is the head of the church, there are no headquarters, or body of men dictating to, or delegating authority to any local congregation. Each congregation under the oversight of men appointed to be elders conducts their own affairs.

The only authority acceptable to each congregation is the Bible. We believe every chapter, every verse and every line. The name and the acts of worship are all according to the Bible.
